Strawberries, Greens, Sausages, and More!
Our options are getting tastier and more exciting by the week! Strawberries are still on offer, along with many styles of sausages, leafy greens in full-size or micro, fresh eggs, carrots, and much more. We also have starter plants for growing your own edible garden at home. (Ask a farmer for planting and watering tips!)
If you did not hear yet, North Duke St. is fully open to traffic, so we hope that this simplifies travel to the Brightleaf area.

Eight Arrows Farm
We’ll be bringing bacon, bacon ends, hot and mild sausage, pinky links, brats, pork chops, and more! We will have chicken and rabbit back in stock June 1!
Bull City Farm
We will have pasture raised pork, turkey, lamb and eggs. We will have 3 sausage flavors unique to our farm: Garlic Bratwurst, Lamb Merguez, and Pork English-style Banger.

Purchase online at www.textbookplantery.com and choose our “Local Pickup” option to secure anything we have in stock before it’s gone and pick it up on Saturday at the Durham Roots Farmers’ Market.
Toad Hill Farm
We’ll have lots of lettuce (cut and head lettuce – including Butter-crunch and 3 romaines!), kale, collards, beets, radish, turnip, carrots and peas! Also, lots of summertime plant starts (many tomato, pepper and eggplant varieties). We’re offering non-plastic bagged lettuce options and ‘salad bouquets’ as a “one stop-shop” option.
Mama Springs Farm
Cut flower bouquets.
Big heads of Red Leaf Lettuce, basil, kohlrabi, strawberries, kale, Rainbow Swiss Chard, mint, chives, Beer Greens, Muscadine “Bronze” plants, Hops “Cascade” plant, flower, herb, and veggie starts, and sweet home-baked goods.

We look forward to seeing you from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. and don’t forget to stop in at the Brightleaf stores and restaurants, too. 905 West Main Street, Durham. Enter the courtyard from North Gregson Street, between West Main and Peabody Streets.
Validated parking is available in the lot directly across from the courtyard entrance. Make sure to visit the market info table near the entrance to get your ticket stamped.
